Please be aware that this self-pay list provides the most common services we offer but is not all-inclusive. For an uncommon, unique or rare service not listed below, we will provide a personalized estimate.

 

The cost of a visit is determined by the length of time the provider is with the patient for the assessment and examination. The visit does not include any treatment or procedure that could be administered during the visit such as a biopsy, cryosurgery, steroid injection, bacterial and fungal swabs, etc. If any treatment or procedure is performed during the visit, the cost of the treatment or procedure is in addition to the office visit fee.
