2. MEDICAL SERVICES

We specialize in various types of skin conditions including but not limited to Psoriasis, Eczema, Skin Cancer, Acne, Molluscum, Warts, Lichen Planus, CTCL, Autoimmune Skin Diseases, Hemangiomas, Skin Cancer Surgery, Lipomas, Cysts, Moles, Urticaria, Hair Loss, Vitiligo, Rashes, and numerous other dermatologic conditions.

3. MOBILE DERMATOLOGY

Mobile Dermatology is the concept of offering comprehensive on-site dermatology services in various types of communities including private residences.

4. INSURANCE AND PAYMENTS
We accept Medicare and all major health insurance plans, subject to plan co-pays, deductibles, and exclusions. We reserve the right to bill for services not covered by a non-contracted insurance provider. For more information about your specific plan coverage, please contact your insurance provider.

5. REFERRALS
If the patient’s insurance is an HMO/managed care plan and a referral is required, the referral must be obtained prior to their visit with DermRight.

6. QUALITY OF NURSE PRACTITIONER PRACTICE
Our Providers are highly skilled and trained in dermatology and work within the scope of practice that their license allows.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our platform following such changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
