GRACE SOUFLERIS

MSN, APRN, AGNP-C

Grace is a board-certified Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. While she has always been interested in medicine and science, a specific curiosity in dermatology developed as she and her siblings struggled with various skin conditions. Grace took any opportunity to learn more about dermatology; she even based her high school graduation research project on the correlation between the use of tanning beds and skin cancer. This project created a mentoring relationship with the dermatologist she interviewed for that paper that continues today.

Grace graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and a minor in Spanish from The Ohio State University, where she earned multiple academic scholarships. While completing her bachelor’s degree, she worked as a medical assistant at a dermatology office, where she had the privilege to learn from an exceptional dermatologist and gain hands-on experience in the specialty.

Grace went on to pursue a career in nursing and attended The Ohio State University for her Master of Science in Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Wexner Medical Center on a geriatric medical-surgical unit, where her love for this population blossomed. From there, she knew she needed a job that combined both her love for the geriatric population and dermatology, which is one of many reasons DermRight was the perfect place for her!

Grace provides effective, high-quality care to each one of her patients. She forms trusting relationships with her patients to help them feel as comfortable as possible. Grace is thrilled to play an essential role in serving the dermatological needs of the community in Maricopa County.

Grace grew up outside of Philadelphia, PA. She recently moved to Arizona with her boyfriend and their cat, Callie, in search of warm weather, sunshine, and the opportunity for a plethora of outdoor activities. In her free time, she loves to read, hike, and try new things (most recently golf!)
